URINER BLADDER SITUMALATION

1. Bladder Stimulation Therapy

Electrical Stimulation (Neuromodulation): Techniques like sacral nerve stimulation (SNS) or percutaneous tibial nerve stimulation (PTNS) help regulate bladder control for conditions such as overactive bladder (OAB), urinary retention, or incontinence.

Bladder Training: Behavioral therapies to help improve bladder capacity and control, often combined with pelvic floor exercises.

Catheter-based Therapies: For those with difficulty voiding, intermittent or indwelling catheters may help stimulate proper emptying.

2. Conditions That May Need Therapy

•Overactive bladder (OAB)

•Neurogenic bladder (due to spinal injury, multiple sclerosis, etc.)

•Urinary retention or incomplete bladder emptying

•Stress or urge incontinence

3. Alternative and Supportive Treatments

Medications: Anticholinergics, beta-3 agonists, or Botox injections.

Physical Therapy: Pelvic floor muscle exercises (Kegel exercises) to strengthen support around the bladder.

Biofeedback Therapy: Helps individuals become more aware of bladder signals and control muscles better.
